Self-Service Banner Maintenance/Downtime Information
Please note that Nightly Maintenance occurs between approximately 1:00 AM and 3:30 AM Central Time and Weekly Maintenance occurs from 9:00 PM Saturday until 7:00 AM Sunday. Banner is unavailable during these periods.
Additionally, a Monthly Maintenance day is usually scheduled for one Saturday each month to perform system upgrades and apply patches to the Banner software. Announcements for this maintenance will be made to the campus community once a date is scheduled and confirmed.
A large and complex system, Banner requires regular maintenance and updates in order to maintain an optimal working environment. As such, some downtime must be endured so that this maintenance can be performed in a timely and efficient manner. Banner Self-Service will necessarily be unavailable during most of these maintenance periods.

Please enter your Banner Identification Number (ID) and your Personal Identification Number (PIN).
When completed, click the Login button.
Please Note: PIN is Case Sensitive.
When you are finished using Self-Service, click EXIT and close your browser to protect your privacy.
